La pinza ACCOSSATO è stata realizzata utilizzando le migliori tecnologie e i materiali più innovativi presenti sul mercato.

Un esempio di tecnologia è la struttura della pinza realizzata in monoblocco e il procedimento di lavorazione in quanto questa pinza è ricavata dal pieno con macchine CNC a 5 assi.

I tappi di chiusura cilindrici sono realizzati in alluminio e sono stati sviluppati per ottenere una chiusura a tenuta meccanica. Questa soluzione permette di eliminare le guarnizioni sugli stessi riducendo al minimo la “rugosità” dell’impianto frenante.

La forma stessa della pinza è stata realizzata seguendo complessi studi con i programmi CAD per garantire il minor peso, maggior rigidità del corpo, e ottima dissipazione del calore generato dalla frenata.

Come materiali sono stati selezionati i migliori che si possono attualmente trovare come la lega leggera di Alluminio anodizzato duro dopo la lavorazione, utilizzata per il corpo pinza e per i particolari in alluminio del complessivo; il titanio, trattato dopo la lavorazione per migliorarne la durata, con cui sono stati realizzati i pistoncini. A tutto questo aggiungiamo pastiglie tra le più performanti presenti sul mercato.

 Description 

The gripper ACCOSSATO was made using the best technologies and innovative materials on the market.
An example of technology and the structure of the clamp-piece and made the manufacturing process because this clip is derived from the full 5-axis CNC machines.
The cylindrical seal caps are made of aluminium and have been developed to obtain a sealing machine. This solution eliminates the seals on them by minimizing the "roughness" of the braking system.
The shape of the clamp has been developed following extensive cross with CAD programs to ensure the lighter weight, greater rigidity of the body, and excellent dissipation of heat generated by braking.
Materials have been selected as the best that can currently be found as the light aluminum alloy hard anodised after machining, used to clamp the body and the aluminum parts of the complex; titanium, treated after processing to enhance the duration, which they were made the pins. To all this we add the most performance pads on the market.
